Beyond steering the business backend, she is fully trained in technical production—confidently operating our commercial camera rigs on-site and utilizing professional post-processing editing software to ensure our media meets the highest quality standards.
When she isn't optimizing workflows for local realtors, Hailey is out exploring the wilderness as an avid hiker and mountaineer alongside Kamil. Her absolute favorite environment is the coastal redwoods. For Hailey, these ancient trees serve as a powerful metaphor for how Anvil Media Production operates: she believes that both personal and business relationships should root deep and spread wide, interlocking together so that we all support, strengthen, and elevate one another.
